Order Info (General)
EZSmokes.biz does not accept international orders.
EZSmokes.biz does not accept FPO or APO orders or orders going to a military base or ship.
All cigarettes are sold by the carton (200 cigarettes) unless otherwise stated in the product description.
There will be a 25% restocking charge for all items returned for credit and/or exchange. This does not apply to those orders that were not filled correctly by EZSmokes.biz.
EZSmokes.Biz is an online smoke shop therefore we cannot accept manufacturer coupons. We do at times run cigarette promotions. These promotions come with a discount code that can be entered at the time of ordering to receive the special discount pricing. These promotions have nothing to do with the cigarette manufacturer.
To Make A Purchase
Purchasing items on EZSmokes.Biz is easy!
Click one of the buttons on the left of the page to select the category of the cigarettes you want to purchase.
Click on the brand name you want to buy.
Enter the number of cartons for the type of cigarettes you want.
Click the "purchase" button to add selection to your shopping cart.
Review items ordered in your shopping cart.
To change quantity ordered, enter new quantity and click the change button.
To remove an item from the list click the remove button.
To determine shipping cost, select the location where items will be delivered to from the drop down list.
Select desired payment option from the drop down list.
If you have a coupon or gift certificate code, enter it in the coupon section.
Click on the "purchase for" button to place the order or Click on the "continue shopping" button to return to the shopping catalog.
After clicking on "purchase for," enter all shipping information on form.
Enter any special instructions in the comment field.
Print the order confirmation form and keep for your records.
Order will be shipped once payment is Received.

USPS Priority Mail (No AK or HI)
1-5 Cartons: Flat Rate of $10.00
Additional Cartons are $2.00 per carton
The average delivery time for USPS Delivery Confirmation is 2 to 3 days (this is not guaranteed). EZSmokes.biz is not responsible for stolen packages.
Alaska and Hawaii USPS Priority Mail
3 Cartons or less: Flat rate of $8.25
4 Cartons or more: $2.75 per carton
1-2 Cartons: An additional fee of $5.00 will be added to the shipping and handling cost.
The average delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 3 days (this is not guaranteed). EZSmokes.biz is not responsible for stolen packages.

Note:Extra large packages may incur an additional shipping cost. If this applies to your order you will be notified before your order is processed.

EZSmokes.Biz will not disclose buyer's information to any third party. Our site uses cookies, but only to keep track of your shopping cart contents. Your right to privacy is respected in all transactions.

Back Orders
We will backorder any item selected that's not in stock for you. Backorder items are anything that will take us more than 5 business days to get in. We will notify you if an item has to be backordered and give you cancellation options if you decide not to wait.
Delivery Schedule
Your order will normally be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. However due to limited availability of certain items delays sometimes occur.
Returns and Exchanges
EZSmokes.Biz will refund or exchange any merchandise (excluding special orders, clearance or personalized items) that is returned to us in its original packaging and condition within 10 days of shipment. Any merchandise that was received damaged may also be refunded within 10 days of shipment. Be sure to enclose the packaging slip, as it is required for all exchanges/refunds. We do not accept items from third party vendors.

To return items, indicate the reason for return on the packing slip and wrap the item securely and ship merchandise to the address below. (For your protection we recommend insuring your shipment and sending it via a traceable courier service). All returns sent to:

Refund Information
All refunds will be issued within 5 business days from receipt of merchandise. You will be contacted via email to confirm the refund date and the amount of refund. Please note that special shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
